Tis the season

Last weekend the Christmas tree got set up, everyone picked their own special ornament to put on it, and then we got down to business of getting the rest of the decorations on.
Kenadie had a blast helping everyone by bringing us an ornament or putting them on herself.

Our kitty, Yuki has decided that the tree is her very own personal playground. I'm debating on whether to start taking bets on how long it's going to take her to get stuck in the middle of it and need rescuing.

Overall, we had a great weekend. Derrick took Sunday off of work so we were all able to spend some quality time together. We went to the mall and did a little shopping then came home and just relaxed with the kids. It was wonderful!
